I completely understand! Life/emergencies happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule, I honor a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled/rescheduled made 24 hours prior are no problem. Cancellations made on the same day (within 24 hours) your reserved card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you need to cancel your appointment please call the salon at (610)-996-1322! Emails/DMs do not suffice as cancellation notice within the 24 hour period.
